Fire House Days

Our Fire house has an event each June that as they say, "The Fire District 6 Open House takes place on the first Saturday of June each year. Featuring automobile extrication demonstrations, Clark County Sheriff's Office K-9 shows, a Life Flight helicopter landing, the fire escape smoke house (a mobile structure in which we teach children to practice escaping from their own home as if it were filled with smoke or on fire), free food, low cost bicycle helmets, fire engines (new and old), and more. It is a community event you don't want to miss." And I for  one Did not want to miss it!  So away we went! It was so fun! We got Charles a helmet and had lunch and saw the life flight helicopter take off.
All in all it was a great day!
