Washington to Washingto days 27-28

We went to the Washinton DC temple! The visitor center was huge! We ran into another family doing the Washington tour in the opposite direction that we did. They were from Battleground which is right north of where we used to live. That was fun.

Teddy has chosen Junon as his person. It was so much fun, she kept holding him.

The next day we went to Mount Vernon!

This is the key to Paris that Lafayette gave to George Washington.

About this point, Teddy drew on the stairwell with the pencil provided to fill out the kid's map. So he left his mark on a historic landmark, yay.

On the shuttle.

Next, we became spies at the Spy Museum! This place is insane and well worth a day's visit. We dropped the kids off and then went around a few times looking for parking. Finally found some and then we got initiated. This museum teaches you about spies while teaching you spycraft. It's super cool.
