So our lovely abode came with several established plants (which I am extremely grateful for) one such plant was this rhubarb. We harvested some of it last year and I was looking forward to harvesting more this year when I spied this:
I had never seen such a thing, so I went to good old google for advice. "It's bolting" They said. Well how fun, I decided to capture it's progress on film. So here it goes from April 28th to last week. I think it is quite amazing. The seeds are unique to me.
